Job summary

We Whiten in Austin, TX is hiring sales-minded Studio Partners to greet clients, guide them through whitening sessions, and close treatment plans. You’ll drive revenue with commissions and tips while delivering an outstanding client experience.

This in-person, six-day-per-week role rewards goal-driven performers with growth opportunities into senior and leadership positions, plus medical/dental/vision benefits after 30 days and whitening discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be a natural closer with strong sales ability.
• Experience in membership sales or D2D a plus.
• Willing to be measured on results and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Able to work six-day schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver energetic client experience from check-in to checkout.
• Close treatment plans and products with confidence.
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Rebook clients and build a returning base.
• Keep the studio running to a high standard.
