Amazing Lash Studio in Mandeville, LA is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager for a full-time role (32-40 hours per week). Qualifications

• Must have a passion for managing, training and teaching and want to have a long term, profitable, and stable career as a manager for our talented staff.
• Lead the team and promote Amazing Lash Studio memberships and retail products to guests.
• Assists studio manager with membership retention and attrition.
• Strong work ethic, responsible, punctual, dependable, and self motivated.
• Ability to problem solve in a timely manner in absence of the general manager and communicate professionally with team and guests.
• Assist general manager with social media uploads and front desk tasks (MindBody POS experience a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in training administrative tasks (including filing and data entry) of guests records and surveys.
• Prepare guests records for services.
• Greet guests, answer phone calls, book appointments, and provide a friendly welcome.
• Promote studio services and retail products; uphold cleanliness and organization of lobby, studio, and public areas.
• Participate in events to promote the studio and maintain standards.
