No teeth-whitening experience is required as training is provided; ideal candidates are warm, results-driven, and able to build a loyal client base while upholding high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or client services preferred.
• Comfortable with targets and performance-based pay.
• Available to work six days a week.
• No teeth-whitening experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy client experience from check-in to checkout.
• Close treatment plans and products with confidence.
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Rebook clients and build returning base.
• Keep studio running to high standards.
