Job summary

Pause East Cobb - Marietta is seeking Studio Sales Associates to welcome guests, guide them through services and memberships, and drive monthly sales targets. You will book appointments, process sales in our scheduling and POS system, and keep the studio clean and guest-ready between visits.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality, or retail, with strong communication and a passion for helping people. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Pause is a modern recovery studio built to help people relax, recharge, and feel their best. We combine science-backed technology with time-tested wellness practices, including float therapy, infrared sauna, cryotherapy, contrast therapy, cold plunge, LED/red light therapy, compression, Aescape AI massage, and IV hydration. Our clients come to us to recover, reduce stress, and invest in themselves, and our team is at the center of that experience.

The Role

Studio Sales Associates are the face of Pause. You'll welcome guests, guide them through their services, recommend the right memberships and packages, and keep the studio looking and running at its best. This is a great fit for someone who loves wellness, enjoys people, and is comfortable with sales. No spa experience is required; we'll train you.

What you'll do

• Greet and check in guests, answer questions, and create a warm, polished experience from arrival to checkout
• Recommend services, memberships, and packages based on each guest's goals, and work toward monthly sales targets
• Book appointments and process sales in our scheduling and point-of-sale system
• Keep the lobby, restrooms, and service rooms clean, reset, and guest-ready between every appointment
• Support local events and community outreach

What we're looking for

• Customer service experience, ideally in wellness, fitness, hospitality, or retail
• Comfort with sales. You enjoy helping people find what works for them and aren't shy about recommending it
• A strong eye for detail and cleanliness
• Clear, friendly communication in person and by phone
• Reliability and coachability. You take feedback well and want to grow
• Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Personal experience with sauna, cold therapy, float, or other recovery services
• Sales goals you've met or exceeded in a previous role
• Up to $1,000/month in complimentary wellness services (excludes medical services)

Physical requirements

This role requires standing and walking for long periods, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds, as well as regular use of cleaning products.
