Job summary

SpeedPro Seattle Eastside is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily production operations, manage workflow, and ensure high-quality large-format graphics are delivered on time. This role combines print production, design coordination, and light fabrication.

You will report directly to the Studio Owner and help maintain profitability through efficient processes, waste reduction, and superior product quality. The team values organization, collaboration, and customer-focused results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of production experience in large-format printing, signage, graphics, or a related industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations, prioritize workflow to meet deadlines.
• Interpret work orders and ensure projects move efficiently through production with quality control.
• Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminator, CNC cutting and related equipment.
• Produce banners, signs, vehicle graphics, wall murals, and trade show displays.
• Package and coordinate completed projects for delivery, shipping or installation.
