Job summary

SpeedPro Seattle Eastside is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily large-format production operations, ensuring high-quality graphics delivered on time. You will manage workflow, supervise equipment, and collaborate with design, fabrication, and installation teams.

The role requires hands-on production expertise, strong organizational skills, and the ability to optimize processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in production, large-format printing, signage, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) is required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license for occasional site surveys travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production workflow and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminator, CNC cutting, and related equipment.
• Create and modify artwork using Adobe Creative Suite and prepare print-ready files.
• Assist in concept development for signage/display projects and basic fabrication tasks.
• Coordinate with customers and team to plan installations and project execution.
• Maintain inventory of media, inks, blades, substrates, and production supplies.

Education

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/Industrial Design/Manufacturing Technology
