Job summary

Loloi Rugs is seeking a Studio Photographer to join our Marketing and Creative team in Dallas, on-site five days a week. The role focuses on capturing home décor products—rugs, pillows, wall art—for e-commerce and internal needs, with collaboration across departments and adherence to brand standards.

The ideal candidate has studio lighting expertise, strong retouching experience, and a proactive, team-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Strong visual eye with focus on lighting and styling for brand-ready presentation.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce photography workflows across digital channels.
• Organized workspace and a clean, orderly studio environment.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in Capture One and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Light, photograph, and color correct a steady volume of home décor products for e-commerce.
• Crop, resize, and format images per project and account requirements.
• Some light retouching may be required before delivery.
• Rename, organize, and maintain file structures in Capture One and local folders.
• Communicate timelines and requests with cross-functional teams.
• Update ongoing image requests in Airtable and track status.
• Raise challenges to Studio Manager with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, reactive environment with shifting priorities.
• Some travel may be required, ~10%.
