We are seeking a Studio Production Lead to join our Nashville Studio team. This role plays is responsible for recording long-form eLearning content, communicating recording statuses to cross-functional teams, maintaining and updating SANS’ production equipment and recording studios. This role requires technical proficiency with video production hardware and software, collaborative tools, technical documentation, and attention to detail to ensure recorded assets meet SANS’ quality standards and are delivered on time.

We’re committed to fair and equitable compensation. The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 -$75,000 (comprised of base salary and bonus), depending on geographic location, skills, and experience. At SANS, pay equity and transparency are priorities.
