We are Looking for:

The Studio Production Assistant will support all aspects of production in a live streaming broadcast environment. You will operate teleprompters, assist with set construction and procurement teams. Must have an excellent attitude and a knack for picking up new skills. This is a fully on-site position on a temporary part-time/ad-hoc basis.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Operate teleprompter in control room for studio talent.
2. Move and handle props and sets during productions.
3. Construction, maintenance, installation and operation of props, sets and other production elements.
4. Maintain the appearance of studios, including cleaning of the set and floors.
5. Provide assistance to the set design/art department/procurement teams as necessary.
6. Assist procurement team with product returns and donations.
7. Assist the directors and crew as needed.
8. Run errands in a local radius.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. 1-3 years production experience or relevant degree required.
2. Preferred: general knowledge of Adobe Premiere.
3. Working knowledge of television newscast equipment and software (videography experience helpful).
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
5. Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities.
6. Willingness and skill to create creative content with little direction when needed.
7. Demonstrate good creative instincts/judgment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation range for this position is $20-$25.
