Qualifications

• Accredited professional degree in Architecture and licensure preferred.
• Extensive leadership and track record in design teams and client relations.
• Strong communication, planning and delivery leadership across studios.

Responsibilities

• Oversees projects assigned to respective studio focusing on process, delivery, work environment and documentation.
• Leads strategic planning and resources across studio marketing and project needs.
• Partners with leadership to advance firm goals and design strategies.
• Guides projects from programming through construction delivery with client input.
• Mentors designers and leads critiques to shape design direction.
• Interfaces with clients to build strong relationships and manage expectations.
• Monitors staffing, utilization, and growth across the studio.
• Ensures high-quality design documentation and client satisfaction.
• Collaborates with office leadership to align with ONE Firm priorities.
• Travelling as required.
