Qualifications

• Accredited professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, related field or equivalent experience.
• Licensure or certification in chosen field preferred.
• Typically 15+ years of leadership experience with both project work and talent development.
• Sustainable design accreditation preferred.
• Proficiency in design software and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversees studio projects focusing on process, delivery, and documentation.
• Partners with leadership to advance strategic goals and resource allocation.
• Lead client relationships and interface to understand mission and progress.
• Mentor designers and guide design direction and critiques.
• Manage staffing, utilization and growth across the studio.
