Inclusively is partnering with a global professional services company to hire an Assistant Producer in the New York area. This role acts as a secondary liaison between internal teams and clients, developing detailed production schedules, estimates, and budgets, while tracking expenses for invoicing.

You will attend pre-production meetings to distill creative direction for photography, styling, and makeup, and manage shot lists and image folders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of creative production or project management experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Team player with ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a secondary liaison between internal teams and assigned clients.
  • Create detailed schedules and estimates, negotiate rates, specify usage rights.
  • Maintain and track project expenses for estimating and invoicing.
  • Attend pre-production meetings to document creative direction for photography, styling, and makeup.
  • Develop shot lists, organize client image folders, and track digital images.
  • Direct crew on set, ensure productivity and adherence to client direction.
  • Oversee staging of products for maximum on-set productivity.
  • Communicate with studio and client about items missing or questions.
  • Hire and supervise freelance resources and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Conduct model castings and book models based on creative direction.
  • Prepare accurate and timely invoices and maintain client relations.

The Work:
  • Responsible for acting as a secondary liaison between internal teams and assigned clients
  • Create detailed schedules and estimates, negotiate rates, specify usage rights
  • Maintain and track accurate project expenses to support estimating and invoicing
  • Attend pre-production meetings to document and disseminate creative direction for photography, styling, props, set building, hair & makeup, etc.
  • Develop, organize, and maintain shot list, client image folder, track digital images
  • Manage sets to direct crew, oversee appropriate productivity, and ensure that the creative adheres to the client's direction
  • Ensure appropriate staging of product for each set to ensure maximum productivity
  • Act as a liaison between the studio and the client, communicating when items are missing or with any questions
  • Attend turn-in meetings to document all styling guidelines and merchant photography requests
  • Hire and supervise team of freelance resources (if applicable to project) and ensure deliverables
  • Conduct model castings, book models based on creative direction
  • Prepare accurate and timely invoices
  • Maintain client contact and relations
  • Arrange for catering for shootings & meetings
  • Attend to client's and crew's needs during production, troubleshoot as needed
Here's what you'll need:
  • At least 3 year of creative production or project management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field Reliable with the ability to adapt to changing conditions
  • Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize/multi-task and follow projects through to completion
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Team player
  • Experience in the Photography Industry or related field
  • Some experience in both still and fashion high-volume photography production
