We Whiten in Utah is seeking a Studio Partner to run one-on-one consults with clients who have already raised their hand. You will diagnose needs, present packages, handle objections and close in person, with training provided.

This is a sales-driven operator role with the studio, brand, marketing, clients and systems in place. Expect uncapped commissions, monthly bonuses based on location revenue, and total compensation of $97K-$142K per year.

Qualifications

• B2C sales experience with commission-based pay.

This is a sales job. We put qualified, booked clients in front of you every day, and you close them face to face. There's no cold calling and no chasing strangers: the leads are generated for you, and your income moves with what you convert. About the role

As a Studio Partner, you run one-on-one consults with clients who have already raised their hand. Your job is to diagnose what they want, present the right package, handle objections and close. You'll also perform the session itself, which is simple, fully trained, and gives you extra time with each client to build trust and sell.

This isn't a traditional spa manager job. It's a sales-driven operator role. We provide the studio, brand, marketing, clients, products, systems, training and support. You make it perform.

What you'll do

• Close: run in-person consults, sell packages to booked clients and present financing options
• Upsell: move clients from single sessions into packages, upgrades and retail
• Follow up: work your pipeline of leads, no-shows, canceled appointments and past clients so nothing slips through the cracks
• Rebook: turn first-time buyers into repeat clients and referrals
• Track: know your close rate, average ticket and rebook rate, and work to raise them
• Deliver: perform the session (paid training provided, no experience needed) and keep your studio client-ready

You own the number

You'll always know where you stand: revenue, conversion, average client value, follow-up, retail and repeat business. When you're ahead, great. When you're behind, figure it out. We don't want “the leads were bad.” We want “Here's the problem, here's the plan, here's what I'm doing about it.” That's ownership.

Who wins here

• You have B2C and commission-driven sales experience, or the raw drive to outwork people who do
• You've sold gym memberships, personal training, cars or high-ticket services, where you had to earn the commission
• You love being measured and would rather be paid on output than on hours
• You're comfortable asking for the sale and handling objections in person without getting defensive
• You're coachable and will run a proven sales process before trying to rewrite it
• You stay productive working solo, without a manager over your shoulder
• You're local or willing to move for the right opportunity

We're especially interested in people coming from gym general manager, fitness director, club manager, membership director, personal training director, sales manager and multi-unit fitness roles. You don't need a beauty background. We'll teach you the whitening business.
