We Whiten in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a results-driven sales professional to close memberships, upgrades and retail with a strict focus on KPIs. You’ll own your number and be paid on what you close, with coaching and structure from the studio partner.

Requirements include 3+ years in fitness sales or commission sales, proven ability to close, relentless follow-up, and comfort discussing money. Evenings and Saturdays required to cover client appointments.

100% Producer

You're not managing anyone, and you're not running the studio.

Your job is to produce revenue yourself and take care of every client you see.

You'll work alongside the Studio Partner who runs your studio, with coaching and role plays to sharpen your close.

You Don't Need Beauty Experience

We'll teach you the whitening business.

What we can't teach as easily is a few years of learning how to sell, follow up, and close.

We're especially interested in candidates coming from:

• Membership Advisor
• Membership Consultant
• Fitness Sales Consultant
• Personal Trainer who sold their own packages
• Front Desk Lead with a sales goal
• Commission sales of any kind
