If you have spent years in fitness or consumer services turning leads into members and revenue, you will thrive in a performance-based compensation model where 30–40% base and 60–70% upside are on offer.

Qualifications

You Don't Need Beauty Experience

We’ll teach you the whitening business.

What we can’t teach you as easily is 10 years of learning how to sell, lead, and operate.

If you’ve spent years in fitness and know how to turn leads into members, members into revenue, and revenue into a profitable location, we want to talk.

This is intentionally a performance-heavy compensation structure.

Approximately:

• 30–40% Base Compensation
• 60–70% Performance-Based Compensation
