Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and train teachers and front desk staff.
• Maintain a minimum of 40 in-studio hours weekly.
• Be present during peak business hours.
• Track the studio budget effectively.
• Address daily maintenance needs and process payroll.
• Oversee inventory management.
• Work 4-5 Front Desk shifts and keep the studio clean.
• Lead Teacher Trainings and manage staff.
