Hot 8 Yoga is expanding its management team and seeks a motivated Director who loves yoga and building teams. The role requires teaching power-based classes and overseeing front desk operations with a strong emphasis on staff development.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a 200-hour RYT certificate and be able to teach scheduled classes.
• Previous management experience is required.
• Willingness to work 40 hours in-studio weekly, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff.
• Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week.
• Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends).
• Tracking studio budget.
• Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs.
• Processing payroll.
• Oversee inventory.
• Lead Teacher Trainings.
• Lead and manage teachers and front desk staff.
• 5 Front Desk shifts.
• Lots of cleaning - all day every day!
