Job summary

Speedpro Imaging Reading is seeking a full-time Operations Manager to oversee customer communications, production flow and studio needs in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage orders, schedules, invoicing, inventory, and quotes while assisting production to keep deadlines. A graphic design background and knowledge of Illustrator/Photoshop are preferred; must multitask and lift up to 50lbs.

Qualifications

• Graphic design background preferred. Must have basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Must be well-organized with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand when needed in production.

Responsibilities

• Processing all incoming orders
• Point of contact for all current and potential customers
• Oversee production and delivery schedules
• Invoicing, payment processing and account management
• In charge of inventory and supply ordering
• Help production in any way needed to keep orders going out on time
• Understand the different types media, laminates and substrates
• Create and send price quotes
