Job summary

Speedpro Imaging Reading is seeking a full-time Operations Manager to oversee customer communications, production flow and studio needs in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage orders, schedules, invoicing, inventory, and quotes while assisting production to keep deadlines. A graphic design background and knowledge of Illustrator/Photoshop are preferred; must multitask and lift up to 50lbs.

Qualifications

• Graphic design background preferred. Must have basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Must be well-organized with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand when needed in production.

Speedpro Imaging of Reading is looking for a full time Operations Manager to start immediately. Our studio is small, but very busy. The Operations Manager is responsible for managing customers, production flow and miscellaneous studio needs. You will be handling customer calls and emails. We need someone who can be an effective project manager and is able to work well under pressure and deadlines.

Job Duties include (but not limited to):

Requirements:
