Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is opening a new studio and seeks a New Studio Opening Sales Advisor to drive memberships and deliver an exceptional student experience. You will build relationships with students and partners, convert leads, and support brand growth through local events and activations.

The role requires an outgoing personality, high organization, and ability to work non-traditional hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably selling subscriptions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service oriented with ability to meet sales targets
• Friendly, outgoing personality with optimism and initiative
• Team player who builds community and relationships
• Technically proficient with Microsoft Office tools
• Highly organized with strong time management
• Ability to close a sale and hit goals
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in yoga/fitness branding is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prospect new and existing students to drive CPY experience
• Generate leads from classes, events and inquiries
• Follow up consistently to convert memberships
• Support in-studio and market engagement activities
• Build brand awareness through events and partnerships
• Know and serve top members with high hospitality
• Maintain marketing materials and referral tools
• Communicate effectively with field leadership and studio teams
• Hit monthly membership targets and retain members
• Learn and use POS system; train instructors on sales processes
