Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven success in sales, ideally in memberships, subscriptions, or service-based industries.
• Track record of exceeding goals, managing pipelines, and driving conversions.
• Skilled in networking and relationship-building, with experience planning or supporting local events.
• Highly organized, tech-savvy, with strong time management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize timely follow-up with inbound inquiries for Founding All Access Memberships.
• Champion local outreach to build awareness around new studio openings.
• Cultivate partnerships with local businesses to drive engagement.
• Identify and engage potential company partners using provided reports; qualify leads.
• Plan and host in-studio events to engage the community from day one.
