This part-time role offers flexible hours and reports to the Studio Manager. Ideal candidates are goal-oriented, fluent in English, and passionate about fitness, with strong communication skills and comfort with studio software.

Qualifications

• Weekend and evening availability is required.
• Customer-focused, energetic, and personable.
• Able to upsell memberships, retail, and private training.
• Proficient with studio software and computers.
• Strong communication skills across in-person, phone, and email.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by generating leads and converting interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals for bookings, outreach, and membership sales.
• Be BODYBAR's brand ambassador at local events and in the community.
• Keep member bookings and interactions accurately logged and organized.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe and engage with members before and after class.
