Job summary

Icebox Cryotherapy Studios in Texas is seeking a full-time Studio Manager to lead Wellness Coordinators and Estheticians, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence. The role requires strong leadership, a solid understanding of membership sales, and a track record of coaching teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage budgets, hire and train staff, coordinate events, and maximize revenue while maintaining a high-energy culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience required.
• 3+ years of management experience required.
• Experience in health, fitness, or spa industry preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be courteous, professional, and a team player.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
