Variate seeks a proactive, fun, and highly organized Studio Manager to lead the charge in creating engaging team experiences and keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll be instrumental in organizing annual retreats, scheduling team meetings, and supporting our executive and marketing teams. If you love building relationships, keeping things fun, and making work enjoyable for others, we want you on our team.
This part-time, U.S.-based, remote position offers flexibility but requires willingness to travel for company retreats twice a year. Preference will be given to candidates local to Washington, D.C., though we welcome applications from across the country.
