Job summary

CorePower Yoga is looking for a Studio Manager to lead daily studio operations and mentor the teaching team. You will drive growth by partnering with sales to generate membership leads and meet studio goals.

You will recruit, train, and onboard staff, manage performance metrics, and oversee Teacher Training programs while ensuring exceptional class experiences. Expect 40+ hours weekly in-studio with weekend work and strong community focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a studio manager role or leadership equivalent.
• Facilitation and training experience required.
• 200HR certification preferred.
• Availability 5–6 days per week and 40+ hours per week, including one weekend day.
• Able to teach any class format, sometimes with little notice.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day studio operations, including leading the teaching team and Studio Coordinator(s).
• Partner with the local sales team to generate membership leads and achieve studio membership goals.
• Recruit, train, and onboard teachers and staff according to class count goals.
• Meet and exceed targets for membership, teacher training revenue, class count, attendance, client retention, and NPS.
• Lead and recruit for Teacher Training programs, including 200HR, 50HR, and intensives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business priorities.
• Foster a community of teachers and Studio Experience Team members that delivers excellent studio and class experiences.
• Stabilize and grow studio revenue, profitability, and culture when applicable, particularly for new studios.
• Teach a minimum of 4 classes per week in multiple formats.
• Communicate and enforce CorePower Yoga policies, initiatives, and protocols.
• Partner with the analytics team to optimize the studio schedule based on student attendance and preferences.
