Qualifications

• 4+ years of management experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Experience leading teams of 15+ employees with high engagement.
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and training with retention focus.
• Strong scheduling, payroll, and inventory control capabilities.
• Proven ability to boost sales and improve customer experience.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
