Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with 3+ years of management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and sales.
• Assist in the ongoing development and training of the Sales Team.
• Achieve performance metrics including revenue and operational controls.
• Ensure staffing levels meet studio demand within budget.
