Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Customer Service experience with proven results.
• 2-3 years of Sales experience in boutique fitness or related industry.
• Minimum experience operating revenue of $600,000 or higher annual revenue.

Responsibilities

• Oversee studio operations and profitability.
• Assist with the ongoing development, training and support of the Sales Team.
• Achieving performance metrics including revenue and cost controls.
• Maintain clean and operationally sound facilities.
