Job summary

BODY20 Lake Oswego is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee all operations, ensure profitability, and lead staff development. This role requires a strong leader who can maintain brand consistency and provide superior customer service. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience and a degree in business.

Compensation ranges from $45,000 to $55,000 annually along with a rewarding benefits package including career growth opportunities, flexible schedules, and employee recognition perks.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience with proven results.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in boutique fitness or a related industry.
• Minimum experience operating revenue of $600,000 or higher annual revenue.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Franchisee to support studio operations.
• Provide leadership in developing and training the Sales Team.
• Achieve performance metrics including revenue and cost controls.
• Ensure necessary staffing levels while remaining within budget.
• Host weekly staff meetings and monthly 1-on-1 meetings.
