Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Florida is seeking a passionate Studio Manager to elevate member experience and serve as a brand ambassador for the OTF community. You will lead a sales team, manage studio operations, and drive membership growth while upholding our energetic, customer‑driven culture.

This full‑time role requires 3–5 years of management experience, willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays, and strong verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in sales, retail or fitness environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing overall studio operations with support from Regional Leadership.
• Leading a studio sales team to meet membership goals and KPIs.
• Interviewing, hiring and onboarding new sales associates.
• Analyzing and managing P&Ls and other financial statements.
• Creating and managing work schedules for the sales team.
• Exhibiting an enthusiastic, energetic, personable demeanor.
• Handling members' concerns in a professional manner.
• Creating and executing studio marketing and outreach events.
• Showing passion for health and wellness in the community.
• Leading by example as a team player.
