Perspire Sauna Studio Raleigh is seeking a full-time studio manager to lead a high-performing team, deliver exceptional guest service, and ensure every detail aligns with our friendly, spa-like atmosphere.

You’ll be on the floor with guests, coach staff, and uphold policies while promoting growth and internal advancement. Open availability seven days a week is required; compensation rewards great performance and ongoing skill development.

• Proven experience leading a team to consistently meet or exceed sales and service goals.
• Strong sense of urgency balanced with the innate desire to inspire people.
• Open availability; locations open early and close late 7 days a week.
