Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a Studio Manager to drive sales and operational excellence within our studios, providing leadership and daily direction while promoting our science-based full-body workouts. You will oversee the sales process, manage budgets, and ensure high customer service standards.

The role demands a task-oriented leader who can motivate a team, coach staff, and maintain a high-energy, growth-focused culture. Prior health & fitness management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven sales leadership is required (3+ years).
• 3+ years of management experience overseeing staff, hiring, training, and performance.
• Strong coaching and staff development abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; drive for health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales process and systems.
• Manage and exceed sales and operational budgets.
• Meet KPIs, revenue, payroll, and cost controls.
• Lead studio events and community outreach to drive sales.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate staff; lead by example.
