Orangetheory Fitness seeks a dynamic Studio Manager to lead a high-energy team and drive member satisfaction. You will oversee daily operations, ensure seamless class flow, and coach staff to deliver exceptional service in a fitness-focused environment.

Responsibilities include motivating the sales team, meeting or exceeding revenue targets, and maintaining a welcoming, results-driven studio culture. Previous leadership in a fitness setting is a plus.
