Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a studio manager who will lead daily operations, motivate a sales team, and ensure an exceptional member experience. The role requires a driven, approachable leader who can manage both big-picture strategy and day-to-day details.

With a focus on building strong teams, recognizing milestones, and surpassing sales goals, you will drive performance while staying active and embodying fitness values. Training, development, and a collaborative environment are offered.

Responsibilities
