Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a studio manager to lead daily operations, coach a sales team, and ensure a welcoming, high-energy environment for members and staff.

You will drive sales goals, recognize members, manage a roster of instructors and coordinators, and protect brand standards while delivering exceptional service.

If you thrive on fitness, people, and performance, this hands-on role includes training, certifications, and a potential path to franchise ownership.
