Pilates Addiction in Dr. Phillips, FL is seeking a Studio Manager to own operations, drive sales, and build a high-performance team on-site. You will be on the floor, leading consultations, coaching your staff, and guiding community engagements to scale the studio.

You’ll manage member experience, scheduling, and KPI reporting while driving membership growth beyond 400. Strong leadership, Mindbody proficiency, and a proven revenue track record are essential for success.

Studio Manager - Pilates Addiction, Dr. Phillips

Compensation: $65,000 - $95,000 per year (base + performance bonus/commission)

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

The Role

Pilates Addiction is scaling, and we're looking for an experienced Studio Manager to own operations, drive sales, and build the team. You'll manage day-to-day operations, lead sales activity, develop your team—and the owner will invest time in your leadership development.

This is not a desk job. You'll be on the floor, in consultations, coaching your team, and leading grassroots community engagements.

What You'll Own

• Drive membership growth to 400+ members through consultations, conversions, and closures
• Close high-value membership consultations—lead by example
• Manage lead flow from Google, Meta, referrals, and local partnerships
• Monitor daily KPIs and report weekly

Operations & Member Experience

• Own the member journey: onboarding, retention, community, satisfaction
• Manage scheduling and class mix in Mindbody
• Lead operations: facility standards, equipment maintenance, supply management, billing, retail inventory
• Use studio tools (Mindbody, Loyalsnap, email/SMS) to track retention and drive engagement
• Ensure members feel the premium difference at Pilates Addiction

Marketing & Community Outreach

• Retention-focused campaigns (social, email)
• Partnership coordination with ad agency
• Referral programs and events
• Local business partnerships
• Manage and develop your sales and educator team
• Lead daily/weekly sales huddles and coaching
• Hire and onboard educators and sales associates as you scale
• Own accountability and results

Who We're Looking For

Required

• 2+ years managing a boutique fitness studio (Pilates, yoga, cycling, CrossFit, etc.) OR sales leadership in fitness + studio operations experience
• Mindbody proficiency—pull reports, set up automations, troubleshoot scheduling independently
• Proven track record hitting revenue targets in membership-based or high-ticket sales
• Ability to close consultations and convert prospects to members
• Leadership experience managing and coaching a team

Preferred

• Loyalsnap, Slack, Eventbrite, Sweatpals, and Canva experience
• Pilates certification or experience
• Experience scaling a studio from startup to sustainability
• Wellness, hospitality, or premium fitness background
• Growth-focused environments where 400+ members is achievable
• High-accountability sales roles with clear daily/weekly metrics
• Premium fitness brands (you understand the positioning difference)
• Coaching relationships where you learn and push back with data

Compensation

Bonus & Commission: Tied to new member acquisition, retention, revenue growth, and team development

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $95,000 (realistic if you hit growth targets)

Bonus structure defined during offer stage based on studio KPIs and growth projections.
