Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Senior Studio Leader to drive operational and financial excellence for its Malibu interior design studio. You will partner with the Principal Designer, support design teams, and cultivate client relationships while delivering high-end service and events to grow the studio business.

You will lead a team, shape the client experience, and oversee daily operations, ensuring design quality and a strong brand presence in luxury interiors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture or luxury interior design firms.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to quality and attention to detail with the ability to execute RH design aesthetic.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications; Salesforce preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and domestically up to 25% and to lift/move items up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Champion the studio’s vision, strategies and financial goals.
• Ensure excellence in design quality, presentation, curation and client experience.
• Lead, develop and empower team members to foster an innovative, client-centered culture.
• Remove obstacles for design teams and support project delivery and client enrollment in design services.
• Drive studio business development and host events to elevate brand presence.
• Manage daily studio operations including scheduling, inventory auditing, replenishment, and maintenance of samples and floor models.
