Job summary

RH Interior Design is seeking a Studio Leader to drive operational and financial excellence across a global residential design portfolio. You will partner with the Principal Designer to elevate client experiences, remove obstacles, and cultivate an inspiring, entrepreneurial studio culture.

This role demands leadership of design teams, business development collaboration, and a strong commitment to RH’s luxury design ethos.

Qualifications

7+ years of leadership experience within high-end furniture or luxury interior design firms.
Strong leadership and communications skills to inspire and guide our team.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Consistently inspire clients to explore and enroll in our design services.
Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
Possess the passion and ability to master and execute the RH design aesthetic.
Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications.
Familiarity with Salesforce preferred.
Local, domestic travel up to 25%.

Create an entrepreneurial, client‑centered culture that reflects our Design Ethos and a commitment to excellence.
Continuously drive results through team engagement, empowerment and accountability.
Remove obstacles and support design teams in creating innovative and compelling spaces.
Identify opportunities for growing client relationships and contribute to the studio’s business development efforts.
Act as a resource for our Team Members and create a seamless experience for studio clientele.
Serve as a brand ambassador, hosting business development events that elevate our brand presence.
Create strategic team schedules to optimize our business while also elevating our client experience.
Lead daily studio operations, including curation, replenishment, inventory management, ensuring efficiency without compromising quality.
Maintain the auditing and replenishment of inventory, ensuring attentive management and maintenance of all floor models, samples, swatches and supplies.
