Job summary

RH Interior Design, a leading luxury interior design firm, seeks a Studio Leader to drive operational and financial excellence. In partnership with the Principal Designer, you will remove obstacles, cultivate an inspiring team culture and deliver first‑class service for a world‑class client base.

You will lead daily studio operations, foster client relationships, and host business development events to elevate RH’s brand.

Qualifications

7+ years of leadership experience within high-end furniture or luxury interior design firms.
Strong leadership and communications skills with the ability to inspire and guide team members.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to inspire clients to explore and enroll in RH design services.
Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
Passion and ability to master RH design aesthetics.
Familiarity with Salesforce preferred; proficient in Mac OS / iOS and Microsoft Office.
