This individual should exemplify the skills of finding, retaining, and developing best in class performers and coaches, managing department goals and budgets, delivering best "branded" programs, driving and contributing to overall club performance, and building communities.

This is a salaried position starting at $63,800.00 and pays up to $87,700.00, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, this role is eligible for bonuses based on performance metrics.
