Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Interior Design or related field.
• 6+ years experience in designing commercial interior projects.
• NCIDQ Certification (or within 12 months).
• Proficient in Revit and 3D rendering.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to develop design approaches for pursuits and interviews.
• Lead development of interior design projects including contract documents.
• Coordinate with consultants and manage FF&E procurement packages.
• Create graphics, renderings, and presentation materials for client meetings.
• Incorporate Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects.
• Ensure design deliverables meet schedules and budgets.
