Job summary

Sunset Studios in Los Angeles is seeking a Sr. IT Analyst – Studio Infrastructure to collaborate with teams responsible for network administration, infrastructure planning, and hands-on studio support for our tenants.

You’ll lead infrastructure upgrades, hardware refreshes, and coordinate projects with vendors and internal teams, ensuring reliable LAN/WAN, switches, firewalls, and AV systems across Windows and Mac platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ IT infrastructure experience in a mid-to-large corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, firewall rules, and wireless networking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell, and patching practices.
• Familiarity with ITSM (ServiceNow) and ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Sunset Studios’ studio network infrastructure across all lots.
• Plan and coordinate infrastructure upgrades and hardware refresh cycles with stakeholders.
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues and build team capability.
• Manage Azure AD/Entra ID and Microsoft 365 user lifecycles and security.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity and security incidents.
• Lead hardware procurement, asset lifecycle tracking, and disposal processes.
• Ensure SOX IT controls and audit readiness; support internal/external audits.
• Provide white-glove IT support to tenants, productions, and internal departments.
