CADY is seeking a Studio Operations Specialist – Recruiting to support high-volume seasonal hiring for hourly roles across our studio network. You will focus on candidate engagement, onsite interviewing, selection, and hiring execution in a fast-paced environment.
You will partner with hiring managers to identify, screen, and move candidates through the process, schedule interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliant, streamlined workflows.

The Studio Operations Specialist – Recruiting plays a key role in supporting high-volume seasonal hiring for CADY’s hourly roles. This position is highly focused on candidate engagement, onsite interviewing, selection, and hiring execution in a fast-paced environment.
This role partners closely with hiring managers to identify and select quality candidates, coordinate and conduct interviews, facilitate onsite hiring activities, and move candidates efficiently through the selection process. This Seasonal Role will help ensure studios are staffed on time with engaged, qualified seasonal talent while delivering a positive and professional candidate experience.
