Job summary

Camarillo Fitness Management Holdings LLC is seeking an Orangetheory Fitness Head Coach to lead the coaching team and drive member engagement in the studio. You will set the energy, manage staff schedules, and serve as the face of fitness and community in the OTF studio.

You will hire, train, and evaluate coaches, ensure a clean and organized floor, and monitor KPIs while maintaining a high-energy, member-centric culture. A strong leadership background in boutique fitness is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current fitness certification from an OTF approved providers list.
• Must have current CPR/AED certification.
• Ability to work and function in a TEAM environment.
• 1-2 years of coaching in a boutique fitness studio required, Orangetheory preferred.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience in the fitness industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, high energy, respectful OTF studio environment.
• Manage all aspects of the OTF coaching staff using the OTF business model.
• Hire, train, and educate new OTF coaches for success using the OTF business model.
• Monitor, develop, and evaluate performance of OTF coaches.
• Ensure functionality, organization, and cleanliness of the training floor and studio areas.
• Manage OTF class schedule and MBO system.
• Meet KPI targets related to the fitness team.
• Follow up with new and current OTF members.
• Conduct monthly fitness staff meetings and attend webinars/ trainings.
• Handle member concerns professionally with goal of resolution.
• Work 40 hours and minimum 15 classes per week; schedule includes openings, mid-days, evenings, weekends and events.
• Lead or assist Sales Associates with studio tours/sales and stay current with pricing options.
• Assist Studio Manager with marketing events in the community to drive leads.
• Participate in a minimum of two OTF classes per week in home studio.
• Additional duties as assigned.
