You will oversee front desk, FuelBar, retail, and facilities, while shaping performance metrics and staffing models to sustain growth and brand standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in fitness management, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and the ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of fitness management or relevant related experience (hospitality, retail, food/beverage, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent experience.
• Availability for full-time work during non-traditional hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to train, lead, motivate, and delegate to a team of employees.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization and time management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily studio operations and management teams (Front Desk, FuelBar, Retail, Facilities).
• Drive studio performance and meet key business metrics within budgeted hours.
• Manage labor schedules and ensure coverage.
• Maintain studios and coordinate facilities projects with leadership.
• Recruit, screen, and onboard new employees with HR support.
• Coach and conduct performance reviews to raise engagement.
