Job summary

CorePower Yoga Rock Center is seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver exceptional studio experiences by greeting students, processing purchases, and maintaining a welcoming space. You will support teachers and students across check-in, retail, and class flow, helping ensure smooth operations during busy hours.

This part-time role requires mornings, evenings, or weekends, with a friendly, reliable approach and strong POS skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class welcome for students, including etiquette, class formats, and membership benefits.
• Build authentic, warm relationships with students and teachers.
• Assist with purchases, including retail, rentals, water, and yoga products; upsell when appropriate.
• Proactively manage class waitlists and ensure smooth check-in flow.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and ensure spaces are tidy and ready for classes.
