Job summary
VASA Fitness is seeking a Studio FLOW Yoga Instructor to provide high-energy, inclusive yoga experiences for members in a studio flow setting. The role emphasizes safe instruction, tailored sequences, and engaging guidance to foster a welcoming community within the club environment.
The successful candidate will have 0–1 year of yoga instruction, a recognized yoga certification (RYT 200/500), and CPR/AED certification, with a passion for helping members progress and stay motivated in a vibrant
Qualifications
- 0–1 year yoga instruction experience.
- RYT 200/500 or comparable certification.
- CPR/AED certification current.
- Experience leading, coaching, or teaching groups.
- Ability to create yoga sequences for multiple levels.
- Strong multitasking skills.
Responsibilities
- Exemplify UPLIFT core values in every member interaction.
- Encourage members to explore other VASA fitness products and services.
- Provide tailored instruction to individuals based on fitness level.
- Bring personality to complement Studio FLOW formats.
- Be punctual and greet members at class start.
- Safely demonstrate postures and monitor participants during class.
- Complete post-class cleaning and reset to a safe, bright environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and responsive support to member needs.
