VASA Fitness is seeking a Studio FLOW Instructor to deliver an exceptional yoga experience. You will motivate members, tailor sequences to abilities, and maintain a welcoming, energetic environment within our fitness club.

Qualified candidates have 0-1 year of yoga instruction, CPR/AED certification, and a passion for helping others achieve their goals while fostering a united community.

Formación

• 0-1 year of experience teaching yoga
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Experience leading, coaching, or teaching a group
• Knowledge of creating yoga sequences for multiple levels
• Passionate about fitness, changing lives, and helping others reach goals
• Maintains upbeat, high-energy environment when coaching/instructing
• Local travel may be required for support or training

Responsabilidades

• Exemplify guiding principles and UPLIFT values.
• Connect with members and suggest relevant VASA products/amenities.
• Provide instruction adjusted to individual fitness levels.
• Bring unique personality to Studio Flow to complement class formats.
• Be punctual, prepared, and greet members at the door.
• Safely demonstrate postures and monitor participants during class.
• Complete post-class procedures: cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to member needs.
• Encourage non-members to attend Studio Flow classes while at the club.
