Job summary

VASA Fitness in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a Studio FLOW Yoga Instructor to lead engaging yoga sessions within our Studio FLOW program. The role emphasizes safe demonstrations, inclusive instruction, and a welcoming atmosphere as part of a passionate, high-energy team.

You will develop sequences for multiple levels, connect with members, and help maintain a clean, safe space after class. RYT 200/500 or comparable certification and CPR/AED are required; some local travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading, communicating, coaching, teaching, or facilitating a group of people
• General knowledge and experience with creating yoga sequences to fit multiple yoga experience levels
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Promotes an upbeat, enthusiastic, high-energy environment when coaching/instructing
• Minimum local travel may be required for support, training, or other purposes as needed

Responsibilities

• Exemplify guiding principles that bring our UPLIFT core values to life
• Connect with members by recommending VASA fitness products and amenities that meet their needs
• Provide unique instruction to individuals based on their fitness abilities and experience
• Bring a unique personality to complement Studio Flow class formats
• Ensure the room is prepared and members are greeted on time
• Safely demonstrate yoga postures and monitor members during class
• Execute post-class cleaning, sanitizing, and organization
• Be approachable, inclusive, and engaging with excellent customer service
• Invite non-Studio members to attend Studio Flow classes while they are in the club
