Job summary

VASA Fitness in Mount Prospect, IL is hiring Studio FLOW Yoga Instructors to deliver uplifting, inclusive yoga experiences for our members. This non-exempt, hourly position trains in August and offers a path to grow with a brand-new club.

You will lead classes, tailor sequences for different levels, maintain a safe studio, and provide excellent member service while promoting the VASA culture of energy and unity.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of yoga instruction experience.
• RYT 200/500 or comparable certification.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Experience leading, coaching, teaching groups.
• Ability to create yoga sequences for multiple levels.
• Strong multi-tasking skills.
• Passion for fitness and helping others reach goals.
• Inclusive, positive attitude.
• Maintains high-energy atmosphere while coaching.
• Local travel may be required for support or training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide an exceptional yoga experience to Studio FLOW members.
• Greet members, be punctual, and maintain a welcoming studio.
• Demonstrate poses safely and monitor class participants.
• Execute post-class cleaning and organization for a safe environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to member needs.
• Invite non-members to attend Studio Flow classes during workouts.
